a 1907 Indian, 10 wheats, a bird band that says caontact Fish & wildlife Wash DC.

A human molar, a fish reel crank, a couple keys, a powder flask that has a fox hunter with a top hat and a hunting dog, a neat rock, a coal tag, and a small lock. The tooth came out of the hole while digging the lock, and the Indian was on top of a wheat.

Here is the mid 1800's house we were searching the yard at.

You have discovered a virtual repository of obsolete pennies.

That is always a good sign.

"Let the dirty and obsolete pennies be mine light, and guide me always..........."

I think your molar is from a grazing animal. A human would have to eat gravel on a regular basis to achieve a wear pattern as extreme as that one.

I don't know? it is the same size and looks just like my diggin partners! It has been in the ground a long time! Who knows?

Very nice finds! Congrats on the IH. Good hunting.

Good luck,
HH.

Very nice finds Mike  I love hunting them old house sites and even better when they haven't been hammered too hard, now days it's hard to find a virgin spot anymore.

You made some nice finds there. Keep them coming.....Matt

Would be cool if there were gold in that molar (half my teeth are gold, everyone keep their distance)....and that is a most awesome looking place to hunt! Good luck ifn ya go back!

Just curious Mike, but is that house in the town of Leonidas?, it looks familiar
