Echostar61, her son, and myself went to check-out a site she knew of. We didn't find alot, but had a good time non the less.

I did find a 1964 silver dime, and found these as well:

This must be part of a necklace, slightly larger than a quarter. It says "Indiana State Seal" with a woodland scene of a guy chopping on a tree. The back says "Warranted 14K Gold Plated".

I have no idea what this is, and didn't know what it said until I did alittle cleaning on it. It's 2.5" tall by 1.75" wide.

The front says:
"To Identify Me Follow The Instructions On Other Side"

The back says:
"Telegraph This Number
58701
To The Loyal Protective Assn.
Boston Mass.
They Will Notify My Friends"

Any ideas of its purpose?

I believe that it's an insurance tag. The purpose of which might have been to identify the holder if something bad happened to them, and their family would recieve the insurance money.

Cool find. Give them a call and see where it leads. Maybe they were in the witness protection program. lol. Let us know what you find out.
