Found this 1919 indiana Souvenir in WV?

[Lowryevans]

Found this metal detecting in Wv today, and I don't know what it is, and can't find any info. About it on the internet, so I thought I'd post it on the Indiana State section to see if anybody knows what this is, and what was the Oct.1919 Centennial Exposition in Evansville Indiana?

Hi,
It was Evansville celebrating it's 100th Anniversary. Sorta like a month long fair.
