Looks like Azeztulite quartz how big is that specimen size.

LOL. Azeztulite is NOT a term in minerology. It's a new age word designed to separate fools from their money. It's just quartz.
Anyway, take a piece of glass and your specimen and scratch each with the other. Glass will not scratch quartz easily. While quartz will.
