Found this at an estate sale

Any info would be great! Does anyone know its value? The hat a face seem to be plaster over a lid ane the rest is like leather or some kind of hard paper. Its looks like a celebrity but I have now clue.. The small tag on the from says the showoff of southern california also signed by yuba on the bottom.
