Found this item in ormskirk England any ideas ?roman

Hi all I found this item on a farmers field in ormskirk not far from where a cache of roman silver denari were found but dismissed this as a clog clasp but upon recently looking over my finds I have my doubts any ideas guys

Hello could be wrong, but think its Victoriana cheap jewelry. The item looks like copper, so the stones will be glass. (hope I am wrong).

I think it looks art deco, so roughly 1920s. Maybe part of a brooch with paste/glass stones.
