My best guess is a piece of farm equipment…..hard to say. Iron/steel and square headed bolts…..could be most anything.

The ends are kinda curved on the bolt could it be hand forged

Reminds me of barn hardware for the hay lift- my grandpa's barn had a lot of pieces like this with two bolts? Cool find!
