Found this today metal detecting

Found this today while digging a target metal detecting. I was in middle Tennessee about three hundred yards off the Harpeth river in Williamson Co

. Any insight y'all could share would be greatly appreciated.

That’s made from nodular flint. You can see a partial bullseye. Called “hornstone” locally. It’s found in So IN, W KY, and W Central TN all the way down to NW AL. That’s the good stuff!
