If it creeps you out enough, take it to the police... Could be linked to a crime, I doubt they can get prints from it but maybe.... I just hope you did not touch it all up with your finger prints too.

Looks like a product from Rada Cutlery. Their handles are some kind of cast pot metal with stainless blades.
