Found Two Today In A Former Watermelon Field

I went to a field this afternoon that was planted in watermelons this spring. It had been harrowed two times but I had looked it once after the last harrowing. It has had very little rain on it but I was glad to find these and a handful of broken points.

Rain chances are pretty good the rest of this week. I hope you get some on your fields but I pray that Saturday will be dry so I can take my car to a show in Niceville, Fla.
