I would like to return these items to him or his family, Im unemployed and had time yesterday to take my whites out and found these items in a empty lot where a house was torn down2 years ago the new owner dosen't have any info and i called several ppl with the last name queen no favorable responses yet . I saw this site and really enjoy searching it, and thought you all might be able to help. i did not take apict of the dog tag but i have all the info on it to verifiy if the family contacts me.

the info on the tag looks like name, serial number and probably troop #....contact a local miltary base and see what they can tell you as far as returning the tag if that was your plan.

I am Homer (Bill) Queen's great grandson. I recently inherited his truck from my grandfather. I was searching for his obituary when I found this posting about his tags. He was a paratrooper in WWII.

My grandfather, Homer Queen's son in law, lives near battleground WA. I can provide more specific details about Homer and my grandfather and I would be happy to meet you in person in the Vancouver Area.

Since Chug and Red used a pseudonym I am not sure their identity, otherwise that's a great idea to check if they or a family member could be contacted.

If someone has PM'd them perhaps they could message me if they know them. I found they posted photos of themselves on their profile long ago but a reverse image search didn't yield any social media I saw. Chug might have posted his first name in one of his comments. I reviewed many but not all and could not find a last name.

I don't want to dox anyone on the site though - so if you do know them be sure to just PM me.
