Found Yesterday. Old Button perhaps not really sure.

Seems to be a button ,,, the back, (flat part) is missing... when i found it ,, it looked like a acorn top... for real... its was completely black.. After doing some electrolysis on it.. (burning up 2 wall adapters) i think i can see some brass maybe.. Anyone know what this is.
