My grandson was walking around the apartment complex and looked down and picked up a silver 1943d penny. After research I found that it is steel. The history was fascinating. He said he would sell it. At 7 years old he is a con artist. 50 cent later I had that an 2 wheat pennies. Kids are smarter today. lol
