Fourth time out results in a silver coin

Found a 1936 silver quarter on the beach today. Not much else but it's amazing how the new pennies get eaten up in the salty sand. I found one that is paper thin but you can still make out Lincolns head. What is the best way to clean silver coins, or do you leave it like this? Thanks.
