Fourth Time out with the Mxt found 5.2 grams of Gold!

Hello everyone i went to a park i usually go to wich i thought was picked clean. And after about 5 hours of hunting in wich i was finding manny nickels . I got a signal wich was around 22 to 26 on the vdi. I thought a nother nickel or a poptop. Then i dug and saw a strange key chain wich right of the bat i thought was gold because of the color. Then i looked at it and noticed some small letters Italy and at the time what i figured the numbers 14k. So i went to a local jewlry mart and ask the lady to test it and it was 14k. So she wayed it and it was 5.2 grams of gold. So i asked how much will you give me and she sais 65 dollars so i took it. Im sure it was worth more with Gold thrue the roof but i figured what the heck. All and all it was a good day at the park and made 65bucks and had fun. These whites Mxt are great on gold.

Wow, five grams of gold! Nice haul! I can't say whether or not $65 was a good deal, but next time you might want to check out Midwest Refiners for selling your gold. I'm pretty sure they pay the best for scrap gold. I've tried them before and would do it again.

the quick 'n dirty amount you can get for it on eBay is $20/gram for 14k gold.

sorry you got ripped! go and buy a digital scale to weigh your gold. and a testing kit. visit several places! bulk up yourk gold until u have enough. i learned my lesson.
