Some average flake knives, and while not very attractive, they are artifacts and have secondary flaking...I never found very many in all my years of hunting... Thanks for lookin

Nice color in those. Black background sets em off, I used any colored rags I could find,, never got around to puttin the right color to compliment each frame, Thanks for lookin, stay safe...the weather is prime for hunting in Trinity, strong winds , then rain, over and over they’ve cleared a thousand acres or more

One of the points that, in Doc. Gramly's opinion, differentiated Clovis from Old World technological analogues was that while the Aurignacian era people made blades as raw material to be finished into tools by secondary flaking, Clovis [and Cumberland] made similar blades to be used as-is, without further modification.

Nice examples Hal, speaking of black backgrounds. I got some black felt from hobby lobby yesterday. One of these days I might change some of my frames up. Instead of just blue I'll make them black and blue
