Loved Zappa!! I went to high school in the 1960s with a gorgeous blond named Susan who was also quite naive and gullible in those days so we named her Susie Creamcheese. The name stuck, she was called that for years. She's walk in a room and get a chorus of "Susie, Susie Creamcheese?". She also liked Zappa and didn't mind the name at all.
