Frederick, Md saying hello

My name is Chris and I am from just north of Frederick, Md. I am relatively new to metal detecting, and looking to learn and grow in this hobby.

I am hoping to meet some other local MD's and learn from them. So if you happen to be in my area, drop me a pm and maybe we could meet up sometime.

I have been lurking for a while and trying to learn from others. Nothing better than hands on though.

Thanks for the nice welcome. I'm just interested in discovering anything now. I am fortunate to live in an area with a ton of history. I just hope I can learn the ropes to have fun.
