Hi,
Just received permission to metal detect a farm in the Newton/Fredon area of NJ (Sussex County). It will be a great way of killing several hours while having to visit the in-laws but, I have no idea what the area is like for detecting and/or arrowhead hunting. Does anyone have an experience of detecting/arrowhead hunting in this area? Any information would be most welcome. I did walk the land today and it was absolutely covered in shale but not sure if that means anything though. Thanks in advance.
