Free Food???

Hi,
In my local park I found at about 6 inches deep a token that is round with a hole in the middle and on one side it says"GOOD FOR ONE PACKAGE OF MINTS" and one the other side it has the numbers 35054 and what appears to be a miniature bowtie underneath.Any ideas on age and type would be appreciated!

most likely some sort of promotional item that you used to redeem for a package of mints
