It's likely a real commemorative token commissioned by the San Juan Masonic lodge in the mid 1980's to commemorate their 100th anniversary.

No reason to fake one.

As usual Charlie is right on. Lodges have tokens stamped from time to time for special occasions. No need to fake one. They're cool especially the older ones.
