You are Tough! I'm still hunting in mud in Virginia. What part of Indiana are you in. I was born in Jeffersonville and spent a lot of my youth {100 years ago} near there.
Definitely better than nothing -- groovy nozzle!![]()
My guess is it's probably more than 80 years old.
Wish we had a video of you conquering the snowy ground to dig it up! Hope you get some good breaks in the weather this winter for easier detecting. Andi
I found a couple (don't know how old) in the spring, I used it all summer. I like them too Coily Girl. You ARE tough! We went out yesterday to one of our hunting spots just to look around and the ground was frozen.Thats a cool old nozzle, they work so much better than the new cheaply ones do.

So!! THAT'S what it was today!!!
I got up late today because my alarm clock stopped! In a small hurry, I stubbed my toe. Then, I went to put on my ring and it dropped, rolled across the floor and thru the grate. On the way to the car, my battery in my key button died. When I got to the end of my block, there was a tree down across the road! LOL
I like those old, all brass nozzles. Clean 'em up and they usually work!
I've found a few of those brass nozzle things from my grandmas house. They clean up nice and look good on a shelf.
