Saw a "30 day" warning for vacant (Chicago) properties with an address and property tax ID. Went to the county assessor page ( http://www.cookcountyassessor.com/data/searchflat/search.asp ) to get an age on any properties near me. Saw a 80 YO property but a dink piece of land and a 55 YO property that is a corner house. May try MD'ing the parkway once the ground thaws. Should be no homeowner to complain (parkway public property anyway) if the house is vacant.

So far my parkway searches on foreclosed homes (windows are boarded up) haven't revealed any silver
