Hopefully one of you old salts will look at this and realize instantly what the heck these are. Found these among ballast stones, angle iron, brass bits and pieces and scattered about are 20mm tracer shells with 1941 and 1943 stamped on them. The one looks like a filter of some kind, the other a steam regulator of sorts. Has a nozzle that looks like youd talk into it, as in sound powered device? They both are made of or have some brass in the construction,
Anyway, any advice would be great, Thanks treasurenet, one awesome site!

It's a four point drip oiler. It would have been mounted horizonaly with the knobs up. The levers on each knob turns the oil on or off and the knob adjust the flo rate. They were used on steam engines and gasoline or diesels up until the '20s. I use smaller ones on my hit&miss engines. Tony
