Those elongated cents are neat finds.....I've managed a few over the years....this season one with the Lord's Prayer on it.

I went to broadcasting school in Boston, great city. Friday might be too late, but I hope you manage to get out.

Those are a couple of nice elongated pennies. I've found a number of them over the years, & the nice thing is, is that there were so many machines making them for so many occasions, you probably would never dig the same design twice !

Confused, are you in NH and just found them or your in Florida and found them??

I'm in NH, although I have lived in Casselberry, Altamonte Springs and Bonita Springs I wasn't into detecting then and have never swung a coil down there.

Where did you find the tokens at?

Nice ! I went out to the beach (Quincy, MA.) on the 27th and found a small Gold chain and a pair of Silver earrings! First day out with the new (to me) detector! Found a bunch of junk coins and bottle caps as well. A good winter find for me!

Two different elementary school fields.
I meant in FL or in NH, just trying to figure out if they travel to NH or found in Fl when you use to live here...
