From NY to virginia

I am leaving NY today around 3pm heading to Virginia Beach for Wrestling Nationals. (my 10 year old son is Wrestling). Tomorrow he doesn't have to weigh in til 6pm or so if anyone wants to get together for a couple of hours and MD let me know. I would like to field or woods hunt for relics if any one can give me any ideas near Virginia beach.
