Hi all kind of 'electronically mudlarked' a creek I've had my eye on and found a few cool things near the ruined bridge in the site pic. Hope all your dreams come true. Peace and thanks for peeking:). Update: cleaned the coin it is a 1926 British India Quarter Anna, kind of an unusual coin to find in a Virginia creek. Anyhoo party on Wayne!
Nice!!! Congrats!!!

Neat finds and cool looking place to hunt, congrats!
thank you sir, I really enjoy getting into the water with the machine, took me long enough to get started but almost like it more than land detecting now!

2nd picture an insulator?? Sure looks like a pony style. Was a common advertisement term for small no inner skirt insulator used for telephone/telegraph lines or low voltage. Several glass houses and ceramic companies made them in us and canada. Yet only one of the little guys actually has pony embossed on it. I collected insulators for years. So I know a bit. Ha

It sure is but there is a cardinal rule to treasure hunting...don't forget to collect the artifact after photographing it...UGH...lol I accidentally left it there shot the pic then took a quick break and spaced it...ah well such is life I'll see if it's still there next time I go 8-). Bet you got some cool ones!:headbang:

I'm curious if you recover it. That's my window back when it used to snow in Pennsylvania ha.

awesome pic I love old glass unfortunately don't know if I'll be going back for awhile but if I do refind it I'll let you know

Great photos; thanks. I like the fishing sinker. I just imagine a big one breaking someone’s line.
