How far back do Spike Tomahawks go? Just curious...had a buddy of mine find one recently.

Although not antique, I thought you might like to see Timothy Ridges handiwork. He has a couple of tomahawks on page 3 of his site.

I don't know how far back spiked tomahawks go but this site says the french made and traded in 1695. The Spanish brought Iron celts here in 1540-1565.
