Hopefully this one will be easier than the last one I posted! I found this about 6 inches deep near a creekbed on a wooded path that used to have a road years ago. We do get flooded a lot here, though, so it could have come from anywhere.
It's light, and the red cover around the "body" is plastic. The body is about three inches long. The wire that's attached is about 12-14 gauge. As you may be able to see, the other side appears to have been burned/melted.
I've done google image searches on it and have come up blank.
It says either "anger" or "danger." My guess is "danger."

And this side is "dangerous." I wonder how that's different from "danger." Ha.
