someone recently posted asking about bale seals - so did a quick search for them
I personally have found about a dozen of them - all found in old farm fields

814F87C6-7229-483D-8E45-DD1219012E04.webp here are two I found a few days ago at a early 1700s tavern not sure when it disappeared but probably early mid 1800s I found what I think are some really old ones that I swear I see a Eagle imprinted on it this property was used by GW and the troops in 1779 and other times could be something to do with them I’ll try and find the pics n post
