Here’s a Cape Cod Bay Sunday Beach Find. The Lithic is a high quality example of a local lithic called Marblehead Rhyolite.

I’ve always wondered what the specifications for a G10 are....I was under the impression it was no damage, and excellent symmetry.....anyone educate me?

Loved the point and found the answer to what I asked on the reliable google machine. Adjustments.webp

Beautiful find!

Thanks for the input. I’ve heard that there are a lot of modern G10s on OVERSTREET. Not saying that the collectors guide isn’t useful, it is. I just don’t use it to determine the value of my collection.

While this point may not be the Hope Diamond, it is still a Diamond among the heap of this type found.

Beautiful Levanna. Love Marblehead rhyolite.

The beach that keeps on giving nice find .

Cannot get any better than that one, Excellent Find! :icon_thumright:

Nice fine. I love the beach in-situ's. You obviously have a very good site there.

That's a dandy! The material looks better than a lot of the rhyolite I've seen. That beach would be tough to give up on.

Thanks everyone, for looking and the comments.

I first thought it was a shark's tooth. Very nice! Thanks for sharing it
