The closest thing it looks like would be a cone, but its not exactly the right shape, it really could be mother natures work, did you find anything else worked in the same area?
 

Two broken points found along with this item like I was saying hard to do it justice in a photo but once you hold it you can tell right away that it's worked smooth like a celt
 

Hard to say could be something in the making looks like a material they might of used. Might not be finished I would keep it just in case. Maybe some of the more experienced collectors will chime in.
