Garage Sale Find

Hello, I picked this old pedal car up at a garage sale and was hoping to get some help identifying it. I think it may be the frame of a pedal tractor but not sure....the tires are Firestone and I don't think the stickers shown in the pics are original. Thanks for the help!!!

Evidently it is the frame for either a tractor or an airplane. It looks to have been repainted; has it? Neat find, Breezie

I can't help with the pedal car, but the old tool chest is about as tough as they come!!!!

I think it is a BMC, they made kiddie.junior and senior models. Look online/ebay You might find parts and decals.
