went to a garage sale today, just to ask permision to hunt the ladies field when they plow it( mile away from miamisburg mound)
well she said she has never looked for any her 50 yearts living there. but she said she found a artifact while planting flowers right next to her house. turned out to be a full grooved axe. it was ver ugly made, it was made out of slate or somthing very chipped up not smooth. next to them she had it looked like 3 big paint bowls. could it be a camp/

I sure hope she lets you hunt !! You may have virgin land Probably a camp if she just found that in her garden ! I went walking today > found three points > I am to tired to post pics tonight but will later ! This is a non hunted field Hope someone can give me the age. Go back and hunt Trev !! as soon as possible

that would be sweet pickaway, there are a few plowed fields around my house now, but they are really far from the river. would they camp not near a river
