Garret pinpointer?

How is the longevity of the Garrett pinpointer? I have tried it out and really like it. Just wondering if it lasts over time and hard steady use? Love to hear all of you comments, thanks!

It' s only been out to the public about a year or so. BUT the basic design is taken from one of there products in there security division that has been around for a while. I think it's quite a rugged tool.

Sounds good, I have had a couple of brands and they keep having problems. The only one that keeps going strong is the Detector Pro pistol probe. But, I would like something smaller as well for certain occassions. Although, I would not get rid of the pistol probe either! Thanks for the replies!

I have one of the first ones and have had no problems.Works great.
