While cruising through the CL listings like I always do (usually for guitars and MD stuff), a new ad pops up. A guy,not too far from me, is getting out of MDing (and back into playing the drums). He is listing everything, but what catches my eyes is a like new Garrett PP AT, with box, holster, and all paperwork. He is asking $90, I offer $75... SOLD. Picked it up last night. It's real, checked the serial number with Garrett, still under warranty. Its like new alright, used only once. I am amazed how loud this thing is, and the only one switch doing so much.
My Trio... Garrett PPAT and ML PF25 for dirt, and the old BH PP for use at the beach (when small targets fall through the holes in the scoop)
I also did a little test, nothing too fancy, just a little comparison.
