Accidentally stepped on and broke the arm support on my Max last nite. Called Garrett, spoke to Mary. I told her what happened and said I would like to purchase a replacement. She apologized that it happened and put one in the mail for me today....no charge. Unbelievable customer service! Thanks you to Mary & Garrett Co!

That's an example of great customer service......
 

Another thumbs up for Garrett: I needed a new end cap for my Garrett Carrot. I emailed customer service asking how to purchase one. They asked for my address and mailed me one for no charge...not even shipping.
 

They are hands down the best I had a coil issue once and later a headphone issue my AT wasnt under warranty boom they sent a replacement as soon as we got off the phone Great service.........
 

Had a good experience with them also in dealing with wear and tear issues on my old ATX.
