Garrett GTA 350 Pin Pointing

I bought the wife a Garrett GTA 350 last year, and ever since we have the hardest time pin pointing with it. I made a test garden in our back yard hoping to improve our pin pointing.
Neadless to say I can't even find the center of the coil, it seems to move around with the diffrent objects.
I'm not new to this hobby and I'm having a hard time with it.
The wife and I can pin point on the dot using my White Classic 3.
New batteries, not near power lines. So what gives?

owned a 350 for 13 yrs now, i found out the more ya use it the better feel ya have, i cant pin point it exact,but i know its in there somewhere,with my 350, i have literally found hundreds of dollars in coins nice jewelery. Hey have fun, thats the name of the game MARK
