Garrett Pro Pointer great service

I had a Pro Pointer for a few months. It started to activate when you put pressure on the tip. Both side and on the tip in the verticle position. I returned it for repair on wdenesday of last week and received a new one Wednesday 7/11/12. Great service.

Interesting. I thought all Pro Pointers do that! Mine does, NJLargeCent's does it... just thought it was a known quirk.

Mine does that as well, always had. When you push the dirt around it shakes and beeps. I wonder why they do that?

Is it a lifetime, or limited warranty?

They all sound off when you press on them into the dirt with force....
