Answering my own question// Garrett service says:
yes we will be selling the transmitter ,and the z-link headphones separately
And in several combinations ATP cable, transmitter, phones, etc. Available shortly ?? Perry

Nice to hear. But what about just selling the receiver in case we want use other "wireless" phones with the Max?
