GB or no GB? That is the question.

Is our soil in LA (southeast) highly mineralized or not. Actually the real question is Cibola or Vaquero with manual Ground balance, any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't know what the ground conditions are in LA.,but here is a trick: Take a NON G.B. machine and not one that auto tunes,find a patch of clean ground, tune the detector with the coil a couple of feet off the ground, if the change in threshold slowly changes when you lower the coil it's light mineralization,if it changes rapidly and strongly then it's heavily mineralized. The problem is whether you have enough experience to tell the difference.
