Georg Jensen? gold pendant & gold rolex

I scored this 9ct gold pendant today, I believe it's a Georg Jensen.
what do you guys think? would this have much premium over spot?

The other side is a St Christopher image, but I like this side

And I would love some thoughts about this Rolex? 9ct gold ladies watch. I have bugger all knowledge of this kind of thing apart from the "Rolex" hype
Does this look genuine? could it just be a Rolex case? and what sort of $'s would something like that be?
