German Cigar Ashtray with unknown Disney Character.

My grandfather passed and gave me several items. He was stationed in Germany with the USAF in the late 50's and 60's. This German made cigar ashtray has a Disney character unknown to me, a copyright date of 1965 and may or may not have been marketed in Germany. I can't find anything like it on Google or eBay so any information for research would be appreciated.

During the 1960s, Walt Disney characterized the 3rd Infantry Division bulldog "Rocky", and the mascot has stayed with the Division ever since.

The 3rd Infantry Division has the only mascot licensed by Disney. "Rocky the Marne Dog" is the name of the bulldog drawn by WD after he left the 3rd infantry Division and became a successful cartoonist-to say the least.
