Found 3 of these plates at an estate sale for $10. It was the last day of the sale and it was an hour or 2 from closing when they found them tucked behind a refrigerator. They didn't have the time or desire to do the research and offered them to me. I know that the plates pre-date 1920 based on the markings and that Bauscher Weiden is a company out of Germany. I also know that Bauscher made items for the Third Reich during WWII. Everyone I spoke with says they appear to be presidential in design, but no one has ever seen them before. Any help on value or history of these plates would be appreciated.
