Germantown area hunt with cam9457 AKA Ryan

Went out with Ryan yesterday and did some scouting for new areas. Have our fingers crossed for permission to a couple spots.
Ended up hunting a few small areas, here's my digs for the day.
An 1882 Indian, 1948 dog tag marked Philadelphia county "Police District". Not sure what that means? A weird little bracelet with a paste stone, I think its old? And a whatsit, which may be the little thing that slides out of the way to insert a key into a lock?

hey baspinall...im working in the area at germantown high school. we're doing some repairs and renovations in the school. there's lots to be found in the area. i remember reading about a teacher who mded in the area and used to bring his finds in to class to show the kids. he found some awsome stuff over the years. i think he's still in the area. i'll see what i can find out.

cool stuff! I think you're right it looks like an old skeleton key hole cover.Swings down on the inside of the room to block the peeping tom's eyeball.
