Get a Bigger Coil 4 Garrett GTA 350 Ultra or Buy New Detector?

I have Garrett GTA 350 Ultra Detector with standard coil. Would it make more sense to buy
a Larger Coil (12") for this detector or just sell this one and invest in a New detector Like an Ace 250 or 350 that comes with
bigger coil.
I need something to go a little deeper than 4 to 6 Inches....
NE Ideas?

The 8.5 x 11 DD coil for teh GTA series is 127.46. The ACE 350 with the 8.5 x 11 DD coil is 297.46. I'd go with the new detector. I have a personal 350 and it is a great machine.

I'd go with the new detector too. I know they cost more but I think if you stuck with the old one you would always wonder what your missing.

4 to 6 inches? the 350 will get silver dimes at 8 with standard coil, no prob.

Go for the new detector. I started out on a garrett 350. Later on when tax return time came I picked up the master hunter with the Treasure Hound Depth Multiplier, two detectors in one.I kept the 350 though .

i'd keep the GTA and get a different coil, no use in shelling out 250 bucks or more on another detector and then wanting to upgrade that coil too. i'd go for the 8.5x11 DD. if you wanna upgrade i'd upgrade to the GTI series.
