Ghost Pic in Ghost Town

Here's a ghost pic I took a few years ago in Fisherville, which is an old gold mining ghost town in the East Kootenay region of British Columbia.

The "ghost" is the white fog on the right of the pic, which is hovering in front of a small plaque explaining some of the history of the site.

I took the picture because I had the feeling of being followed - I thought by an animal - and wanted to be ready to snap a photo if it appeared, which is why it's a picture of nothing. The mist wasn't visible when I took the picture.

I was using an HP digital camera; no mist showed up in any other pictures I took that day (I noticed it when I uploaded the photos to my computer). There was no rain or fog in the area; it was a clear, sunny afternoon.

That is a really cool picture. What is the shiny thing just to the right of it?

The shiny thing to the right of it is a small metal plaque with some historical information that was put up years ago by a local historical society.

Fisherville had 5000 people in 1865 and they took out a lot of gold. All that's left of the town is a few collapsed shacks, old mining equipment, and a cemetery.

That sounds like the town I live in, Auraria ga. It was the location of the first gold rush in the US in1828. There is nothing there except one old store and a few old houses. There is still gold in the creeks around here though. My sons and I do some panning and find some nice colors.

I saw my one and only ghost in the nearby town of Dahlonega. Me and my sons were walking in an old hallway between two buildings and saw a woman dressed in an old fashioned dress with the hoop at the bottom. We all saw her for a few seconds and then she just faded away. I am glad they saw it too or would not have believed my eyes.

Wasn't Dahlonega,GA where a Confederate mint was? I wouldn't doubt for a minute there would be spirits there!

we had similar experience a few years back in arizona inside a old saloon. it was alittle creepy.
