Its not fossilized but its old found this in a creek were I also find spear point

Any remains of a giant beaver that you find is, in my estimation, fossilized. That is, it is a fossil. If you mean that it doesn't seem to be "mineralized," well that's another matter. Good find!
 

When I found it it was waterlogged and is quite brittle now. Ya its has not gone though mineralization.
