Gilt Pewter Plate

Is anyone familiar with this style of Chinese plate? Plate is 7". I am hoping to determine the age. Some pitting to pewter. Appears to have been made on a metalworking lathe. I can't find anything similar though I do see some gilt pewter out there...Your replies appreciated! Good hunting.

No but the style looks Japanese. Any markings on the back?
