Any markings on the bottom? Is it the size of a drinking glass or shorter? My uneducated guess would be cut glass from the mid to late 20th century.

It looks like it’s An American cut glass tumbler from the American Brilliant Period 1874-1914). If you flick it, true cut glass will make a bell like sound. It appears to be from a set.
